What can I possibly say about my team to express what they did for me and my family??! An amazing Christmas surprise after a very hard year... I was in a violent attack at work (unfortunately, happens more often than you would think in my line of work) and although my work acted like they were accommodating and supportive, I was stressed out every day. Financially, physically, emotionally, I was a wreck and it was impacting my whole family. It's hard to show up as a mom when you are in so much pain and traumatized and dealing with the logistics of appointments and insurance, etc. I called Alvandi after calling a few other firms and am so so happy I did. I'm not sure how they match with an attorney but I was matched with Mr. Bobby Alaghebandan and he was exceptional—true gentleman, true professional. As a family man, he understood why me not being 100% was so difficult for me and my kids. Mr. Bobby is super experienced and knew exactly what was wrong with how my case was being handled. He took a huge burden off my shoulders and Erica, the case manager, is a real-life angel. A few times I probably wasn't the nicest when I called and was stressed with pain or juggling appointments but she was always super patient with me and kept me going a few times when I was over the hassle of treatments and was tempted to skip an appointment. Bobby underpromised and overdelivered, which is so rare nowadays. He was very realistic throughout and took the time to explain why certain decisions were being made and assured me he would be doing everything he could behind the scenes and he really was. The part I was absolutely not expecting was that Bobby actually found that my employer was violating some labor laws in how they treated me and were trying to pay me after the accident, and so I was able to have that treated as a separate claim at Alvandi. They really care about the everyday worker and justice in a time when it's sadly all about greed and employers not taking care of their people. I am thrilled with my settlement and the whole process start to finish took about six months which was way less than I was expecting. From me and my kids, we sincerely thank you for all you do.
